Week 118: w/c 9 January 2012

This has been an unusual week, with 3 days at a conference so lots of temptations plus less time to exercise.

The week started well, both a session at the gym plus a tennis lesson. However, I had to leave Tuesday late morning to see a client who lived near the conference location so no time to exercise on Tuesday.

I did make time on both the Wednesday and Thursday to go to the gym. The hotel gym was small and as the equipment was unfamiliar I did uphill walking for 45 minutes, so that was good.

I aslo resisted the bread and the biscuits. BUT I had alcohol each day and a jacket potato with cheese when we got home. So today, Saturday i’m back to eating very healthy and I’ll be at the gym this afternoon.

Overall 8/10 for effort, back 100% on track now.
