Week 113: Epilogue – Looking, Feeling And Acting Fantastic

This is the last entry in my book

Today is 5th December, this is the last diary entry I can write in order to still meet the publication date of this book. I’ve kept my focus and for 6 weeks I’ve been carefully eating everything Emma has told me to. When she first started me on carbs and 2000 calories a day I could not believe that it would make such a difference, but it has.

In 6 weeks I’ve lost just over a stone. Staying focused leads to brilliant rewards and I’ve crashed through the 12 stone barrier – 11 stone 12.
This is not just a story of losing weight, but of gaining fitness and regaining confidence – I truely am a new woman, both inside and out.
It’s the change inside which is the most amazing change. I am now so confident, so happy and I can’t stop smiling. I know that this time my weight loss is sustainable. I now love who I am, love what I can do, and know this change will last forever. My clients have always said I’m amazing, yes, I am!
This is not the end, I will continue to maintain my new state of health and fitness. I’ve already set myself some new goals including to do the 3 peaks challenge and perhaps to climb Mount Kilimanjaro?
